With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Terry Randall Carter of Baxley, Georgia, born in Folkston, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 3, 2024 at the age of 64. He was predeceased by: his father Welton Tim Carter; his brother Welton Dwane Carter; and his grandparents, Emmett, Elizabeth Carter, David L. and Eula McKinney.
He is survived by: his wife Shelbie; his stepchildren, Lexi Hand (Steven) and Jonross Hand (Gracie); his mother Hilda McKinney Carter; his siblings, Nelda Henderson (Edward) and McL Carter (Debby); his siblings' children, Emily Daniels (Jeff), Brittney Pine (John), Brandon Carter (Rachael) and Thomas Henderson (Brittany); his aunts, Bonnie Carter and Betty Weaver; his uncle James Carter; and his friend Randall. He is also survived by two great-nieces; three great-nephews.
