He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Todd and Eva Lee Jones Todd; his son Wendell Allen Todd; and his brothers, Truman Adison Todd and Dekle Dean Todd.
He is survived by: his wife Vernell Fort; his children, Lee Ann Todd Jackson, Rebecca Lynn Todd, Catherine Demers and Richard Wayne Todd; and his stepchildren, Sharon Fort Sanders, Dean Fort, Carol Fort Moser and Mary White. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
