He was predeceased by: his parents, Berry Casper and Valley Casper; and his brothers, Larry and Ricky Casper. He is survived by: his children, Jason Parker (Dawn) and Taylor Casper; his siblings, Terry Casper (Thersa), Randy Casper, Louise Allen (Ricky), Regina Sutton (Steve), Patsy Casper, Peggy Cantrell (Jeff) and Deborah Cantrell (Russell); and his grandsons, Colton Parker (Shelbi) and Garrett Parker. He is also survived by four great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
