He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Bradley Cheek; his son Harold Cheek; and his stepchildren, Vickie Murray, Bobby Lewis and Steve Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Eddie Cheek of Bethlehem and Diane Toland of Tampa; and his brother Billy Cheek of Lawrenceville. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
