She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gaffigan and Mary Gaffigan; and her sister Margaret Gaffigan. She is survived by: her son David Horn (Sarah); her grandchildren, Dawson Joy, Kennedy Lyn, Bowman Scott and Davis Boone Horn; and her siblings, Carolyn Gaffigan, Gwendolyn Shaffer (Walter), David Gaffigan (J. Lynn), Madeline Gaffigan, Brian Gaffigan (Terri) and Wendy Jouad (Mostafa).
