He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Phillip and Louise Allred (Brown). He is survived by: his wife Debra Allred; his children, Katie M. Phillips (Jeremy) and Robert P. Allred (Bekah); his grandsons, Jare, Jase and Jed Phillips; his sister Bobbie Jo Barton (Neal); his brother-in-law Michael Jinks (Aimee); and his mother-in-law Aldean B Jinks. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
