With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darleen Gay of Blackshear, Georgia, born in Waycross, Georgia, who passed away on January 19, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Alvin Olin and Amy Irene Justice; her husband Thomas Wayne Gay; and her brothers, Tommy Justice and Ottis Justice.

She is survived by : her children, Janice Gay (Wendell) of Blackshear, Brenda Guy of Patterson, Christine Moore of Folkston, Thomas Wayne Gay, Jr. of Blackshear and Kathy Branson (Scott) of Brunswick. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews.
