He is survived by: his children, Aiyana Figueroa of Jacksonville, Destiny Chadwick, Phoenix Chadwick of Blackshear, Malachi Chadwick of Blackshear and Christian Wain Wolfe of Brantley Co; his granddaughter Emily Seraphina Chadwick; and his brother Charlie Chadwick of Blackshear. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
