She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Hugh Ragan and Elizabeth Knight Ragan; her former husband Phillip E. Penn, Sr.; her husband Richard Henderson; her son Phillip E. "Pepper" Penn, Jr.; her grandson Robert A. "Rob" Johnson; and her siblings, Gladys Noble, Grace Owen, Althea Daniel and Willie Hugh "Bill" Ragan.
She is survived by: her daughter Pam Penn Brooks (Keith) of Blackshear; her stepson Greg Henderson of Chattanooga, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Haley Ragan Ragsdale, Tajla R. Penn and Tatum Penn Powell; and her great grandchildren, Harlow Ragan Ragsdale, Haven Lexanne Ragsdale, Sutton Jude Powell and Crew McClain Powell. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
