She was predeceased by: her parents, Ottie LaFayette and Eva Mae Tillman Corbitt; her husband Dewey Robert Corbitt, Sr.; her sons, Dewey Robert Corbitt, Jr. and Glenn Allen Corbitt; and her siblings, Azilee Meredith and Robert E. Corbitt.

She is survived by: her son Lester; her daughter-in-law Lisa Corbitt of Blackshear; her siblings, Josephine "Jo" Tatum of Waycross and Donald Corbitt (Margaret) of Waycross; her sister-in-law Sandy Corbitt of Sharpsburg, NC; her grandchildren, John Corbitt (Kerry), Les Corbitt (Brandi), Chris Corbitt (Miranda) and Cole Corbitt (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Emily Corbitt, Erykka Joyner (Andrew), Leah Corbitt, Tomee Corbitt, Kristal Corbitt, Kaitlyn Corbitt, Dylan Corbitt (Taylor) and Matthew Corbitt; and her great great grandchild Kash Corbitt. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
