She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoke Smith Sapp and Goldie Altman Sapp; her husband Kenneth Cecil Faulk; her son Laban Stacey Faulk; and her siblings, Juanita Jewel Sapp Dixon, Omer Vernon Sapp, Joseph Donald Sapp and Mary Alice Sapp (Barney Sapp).
She is survived by: her son Eric Tyler Faulk (Cassandra) of Fernandina Beach, Florida; her grandchildren, Laban Faulk (Brooke) of Blackshear, Tyler Faulk (Abigail) of Fernandina Beach and Jade Buchanan (Ethan) of Waycross; her great grandchildren, Riley Brooke Faulk, Kace Buchanan and Katie Buchanan; and her siblings, Waunell Sapp Hickox of Hoboken, Erma Jean Sapp Griner of Blackshear and Daniel Robert "D. R." Sapp (Linda) of Blackshear. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Miles-Odum Funeral Home Chapel (130 Screven Ave, Waycross, GA 31501).
