He is survived by: his children, Miracle Taylor of Blackshear and Justin Hale (Joanne Brady) of Blackshear; his sister Denise Spivey of Callahan, FL; his grandchildren, Justin Hale, Jr., Sophia Hale, Megan Brady and Nathan Brady; his great grandchild Beau Brady; and his nieces and nephews, Matthew Spivey (Miranda), Steven Spivey, Nathan Spivey, Gage Spivey, Daniel Spivey and Triana Spivey. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
