She was predeceased by: her parents, Boaz Groover and Willie Mae Grifin Groover; her husband James Charles Proctor; and her brother Larry Groover. She is survived by: her son James Charles "Jimmy"; her daughter-in-law Brooke Proctor, II of Murphy, TX; her sisters, Janice Groover of Folkston and Karen Baron (George) of Rosenberg, TX; her grandchildren, Kylie Raya Proctor and Nathan Stone Proctor; and her aunt Edna Wallace of Franklin, TX. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Shiloh Cemetery (21631 GA-116, Shiloh, GA 31826).
