She was predeceased by: her parents, Burris Daniel Drawdy and Nola Lee Drawdy Lee; her son Mark Anthony Carter; her stepfather Earl Lee; and her siblings, Virginia Robinson, Joe Allen Drawdy, Edward Drawdy and Ronald Austin Drawdy.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Carter of Blackshear; her sons, Roger Carter, Jr. of Clayton, GA and Matthew "Matt" Mannen Carter (Lisa) of Blackshear; her grandchildren, Brandon Tyler Carter (Elizabeth) of Bastrop, TX, Manuel Sotomayor (Lorrany) of Seoul, Korea, Benjamin Isaac Carter of Clayton, GA and Meagan Hullander (Seth) of Cartersville, GA; her great grandchildren, Isabelle Carter and Wyatt Carter; her siblings, Joann Lee (Jimmy) of Hoboken, Ellie Loudermilk of Perry, Glenda Lee (Larry) of Blackshear, Linda Hayden (Lee) of Griffin, Elder Daniel Drawdy (Gloria) of Blackshear and Joseph "Joe" Drawdy (Karen) of Blackshear; her stepsiblings, Martha Hall (James) of Nahunta, Lydia Wainright of Nahunta, John Lee, Jr. of Waynesville and Travis Lee of Waynesville; and her siblings-in-law, Francine Bennett of Millwood, Myra Tucker of Savannah, Wanda Davis (Ken) of Hoboken, Lawanna Cook (Eddie) of Brunswick and DeLoyce "Opal" Underwood (Russ) of Brunswick. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
