He is survived by: his wife Violet Faye Simmons Mullaly of Blackshear; his children, Jacqueline Jones (Josh) of Athens and Raymond E. Mullaly, Jr. of Jacksonville; his siblings, Sandy Barber of Starke, FL, Becky Beasley (Hank) of Blackshear, Billy Barber of Florida and Rickey Mullaly (Vanessa) of Jacksonville; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Seth, Sadie and Nate Jones. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
