We are sad to announce that, on March 12, 2026, at the age of 76, Sheila Ann Batten of Blackshear, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Joseph and Virgie Mae Howard Kirk; and her siblings, Patsy Gill, Sharon Rose Kirk, Stephen Kirk and Mark Kirk.

She is survived by: her husband Felton Batten of Blackshear; her sons, Felton W. Batten (Noel) of Blackshear and Timothy J. Batten (Jeanette) of Weatherford, TX; her grandchildren, Vanessa Shea Heineman, Alana Batten, Jamie Batten, Taylor Batten, Brendan Batten and Aidan Michael Batten; and her brothers, Anthony Michael Kirk and Michael Wayne Kirk of Jacksonville. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
