She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Dewitt Walker, Sr. and Barbara Ann Brown Walker; her husband Elbert Glynn Payne; her daughter Nikki Payne; and her son-in-law Cameron Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Lee of Mershon and Brantley Crews of Blackshear; her grandchildren, Logan Lee, Morgan Dampier (Trevor), Lauren Gilliard (Grant), Christopher Riggins (Eliza), Bryce Crews (Laree Hodges) and Easton Hall; her great grandchildren, Ava Bryson, Hayger Bryson, Kash Gilliard, Rory Gilliard and Emry Dampier; her siblings, Anne Mathis (Scott) of Waycross, Dewitt Walker of Waycross, Kevin Walker (Kim) of Patterson and Harry Walker (Rhonda) of Soperton; and her pets, Keeper and Piper. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hart Funeral Home (210 Johnson St, Blackshear, GA 31516). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hart Funeral Home Chapel (210 Johnson St, Blackshear, GA 31516).
