He is survived by: his mother Joyce Sapp Faulk of Blackshear; his children, Laban Faulk (Brooke) of Blackshear and Jade Buchanan (Ethan) of Waycross; his grandchildren, Riley Faulk, Kace Buchanan and Katie Buchanan; his brother Eric Tyler Faulk (Cassandra) of Fernandina Beach, Florida; and his nephew Tyler Faulk (Abigail) of Fernandina Beach.
