He was predeceased by : his parents, Melvin James and Ina Johnson Hickox; and his siblings, Julia Lawton, Annie Scott, William Hickox and Russell Hickox.
He is survived by : his wife Sharon "Sherry" Zitzelberger Hickox of Blackshear; his daughter Julie; his son-in-law Dustin Amo of Blackshear; his sons, Mitchell Hickox (Tosha) of Patterson, Bradley Hickox of Offerman and Wesley Hickox of Offerman; his stepson Paul Williams of Blackshear; his siblings, Mary Jane Heath of Screven, Glenda Hickox of Alma, Kathleen Gill (Marvin) of Offerman, J. D. Hickox of Patterson, Wendell Hickox of Florida, Clayton Hickox (Tracy) of Glen St, Layton Hickox (Petra) of St. Marys, Michael Hickox (Lana) of Ellabell and Raymond Hickox (Melinda) of Patterson; and his grandchildren, Karlee, Gaige, Alyssa, Taylor, Ezekial, Lanniston and Gavin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
