We announce the death of Victoria Cade of Blackshear, Georgia, who passed away on October 22, 2026, at the age of 67. Victoria will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Ouellette, Sr. and Jean Avery Ouellette; and her brother Matthew Ouellette. She is survived by: her daughter Heather Goins (Robert Upchurch) of Blackshear; her grandsons, Elijah Goins of Blackshear and Oliver Goins of Blackshear; her fiancé Wesley Sylvanus; her siblings, Teri Hatch of Maine, Lisa Prescott of Maine, Donald Ouellette, Jr. (Melanie) of Rhode Island, Mark Ouellette, Sr. (Rene) of Iowa and Joey Ouellette of Maine; and the father of her child Wayne Cade (Susan) of Blackshear. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pearson-Dial Funeral Home (659 Main St, Blackshear, GA 31516).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Pearson-Dial Funeral Home to assist with Ms. Cade's funeral expenses.
