She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Smith and Wealthy Roberts Smith; her husband Jack Reavis Howell, Sr.; and her daughters, Tina Marie Howell and Jena Howell Tatum.

She is survived by: her son Reavis Howell (Kim) of Blackshear; her grandchildren, Anna Nunn (Robert) of Blackshear, Joe Sheppard of Waycross and Karen Sheppard of Neely, MS; and her great grandchildren, Hannah Nunn of Blackshear, Hunter Nunn of Blackshear, Riley Howell of Blackshear and Jack Howell of Mississippi. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews.
