He is survived by: his mother Jenetha Strickland Chaney of Blackshear; his wife Tereasa Chaney of Blackshear; his daughter Kaitlyn Storm Chaney of Jacksonville, Florida; his granddaughter Zara Murray of Blackshear; and his siblings, Bryan Chaney of Blackshear and Karen Bowen Patterson of Blackshear.
