He is survived by: his significant other Gwen Garrett; his children, Trish Garrett (Jason), Jarrad Garrett (Stephany) and Beth Herison (Brandon); and his siblings, Jerry Herison (Laura) and Ann Jitterjohn of Wisconsin. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
