It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arthur Morris Gurr of Blairsville, Georgia, who passed away on February 8, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Gurr and Berta Gurr; his wife Betty Hucks Gurr; and his son Michael Gurr. He is survived by: his children, Sheila Phillips (Carlos) and Morris Gurr (Sarah); his daughter-in-law Donna Gurr; his brother Jimmy Gurr (Patsy); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Talley, Aimee Jenkins, Jon Gurr, Tony Gurr and Chris Gurr. He is also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren.

In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lions Club Lighthouse for the Blind.
