She was predeceased by: her parents, Herb Vogel and Jeanne Vogel; and her husband James Michael Boyd. She is survived by: her sons, Alex and Ashley Boyd of Snellville, GA; her daughter-in-law Shamus Boyd of Blairsville, GA; her brothers, Mark (Becky Vogel) of Keokuk, IA and Neal (Ellyn Vogel) of Michigan City, IN; and her nephew James Alexander Boyd (Jimmy).
In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Blairsville's Mountain Shelter Humane Society in her name.
