He is survived by: his wife Sandra Gibson Alexander; his sons, Jonathan Paul Alexander and Mark Allen; his daughter-in-law Kennetha Grizzle Alexander; his grandchildren, Sawyer Reid Alexander, Mattie Kate Alexander and Clara Layne Alexander; his sister Norma Bonita "Bonnie"; and his brother-in-law Gary York.
