He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Gardner Mitchell and Marion Phyllis Waite Mitchell; his wife Celia Bruno Mitchell of Tampa; his daughters, Angela (Shawn Thomson) and Ashley Mitchell of Tampa; his sister Jill Mitchell of St. Augustine, FL.; his grandson Jase Thomson of Tampa; and his sibling's children, Chris Lawrence and Shannon Irlander.
