He is survived by: his children, David Andrew Hoover (Han Nang), Howard Webster Hoover and Lorraine VanSiclen Hoover Lucey (Dan); and his grandchildren, Laura Kimberly Hoover, India Kate Hoover, Phoebe Elizabeth Hoover, Henry Andrew Hoover and Elliot Clarence Lucey.
