He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace M. Sullivan and Nora Palmer Sullivan; his wife Phyllis Simon Sullivan; his close friend Wilma Yates; his sons, Christopher and Jeff Sullivan; and his sisters, Dot Hambleton, Miriam Taylor and Margie Williams.
He is survived by: his son Tim Sullivan; his daughter-in-law Sherry Thomas of Blairsville; his daughter Nancy Sullivan Shook of Blairsville; and his grandchildren, Brian Webb, Jennifer Rentz, Zac Adair, Jared Adair, Ashley Adair, Cole Sullivan, Dru-Ann Owens, Kristopher Sullivan and Katie Sullivan. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
