He was predeceased by: his parents, James Guffey and Minnie Guffey; and his siblings, Sharon and Mack. He is survived by: his wife Christina Guffey; his children, Evie Duos, Darrell Guffey, Jaclyn Guffey and Jack Guffey Jr.; and his sister Ellen Nix. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cochran-McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel of Blairsville (41 Hunt Martin St, Blairsville, GA 30512). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
