She was predeceased by: her parents, Dillard Whitener and Bonnie Young Roberts; her husband James Nuel Douthit; and her grandson Harold Wimpey II. She is survived by: her daughter Marlene Wimpey; her granddaughters, Dena Wimpey and Jennifer Wimpey-Fletes (Luis); and her great grandchildren, Cheyenne Hutson, Connor Wimpey, Owen Wimpey-Fletes, Chelsee Hutson, Olivia Wimpey, Davis Wimpey and Dylan Wimpey-Fletes. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
