She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Keys and Emma Kuster Keys; and her husband Jack Ramsey. She is survived by : her nephews, Allen Ashley of Pasadena, CA. and Stewart Ashley of South Pasadena, CA.; and her niece Elaine Maxwell of Hemet, CA..

In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to a Feral Cats Program or to the Shriner's Children's Hospital, both of which were dear to Ruth's heart.
