Powell Jr.; his siblings, Elois Powell Stevens, Ralph (Lovetta), Edward Charles (Pastor Lillie P.), Ether Roy, Linda, Mary (JJ), Carolyn, Debra, Billy (Glenda) and Charlene Powell-Smith; Lamar Powell, Melody Powell-Jay (Jonathan), Shenequa Powell and Andre Powell (Cynthia). He is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren.
