Sumner (Chris) of Blakely, GA.; her grandchildren, Rebecca Pierson (Brandon), Melissa Adkison, Christopher Sumner (Caitlin) and Catherine Sirmans (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Addison Pierson, Ava Pierson, Darrell Sirmans, Waylon Sirmans, Audrey Sumner and Aaron Sumner; her sister Frances W. Gordon of Blakely, GA; and her nephew Craig Gordon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Manry Jordan Hodges Funeral Home (21802 Lucile Rd, Blakely, GA 39823). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
