She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Harper and Chloe Effie Houston Harper; her husband Frank Allen; and her brothers, Clarence Harper, Jr., Edgar Buren Harper, James Edward Harper, Grady "Shorty" Holman Harper, Ray and Rafee Harper.
She is survived by: her children, Stan Holley (Marie) of Lutz and Rhonda Downing (Randy) of Bainbridge; her grandchildren, Cara (Mike), Laura (Kevin), Clayton and Justin (Heather); her great grandchildren, Hudson, Grant, Saks, Avery and Palmer; and her sisters-in-law, Annette and Peggy Harper. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many great nieces and great nephews.
