She was predeceased by : her parents, Garfield Frank and Hattie Moses Frank; her grandparents, Reverend Charlie H. and Frances Flanagan Moses; and her great-grandparent Joy Narcissa Moses.
She is survived by : her brother James Edward Frank; her husband James Edward Russell Sr. To (James Edward Russell Jr.); her son James Edward Russell Jr.; her niece Alvetta Frank Harris (Charles) of Blakely, Georgia; and her nephew James Edward Frank Jr. of Blakely, Georgia. She is also survived by numerous cousins, friends, and caregivers.
