She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester Eugene George and Annie Sue George; her husband Walter Garland Middleton; and her siblings, Marvin L. George, Elynr Chalker, Doris White, Wynelle Roberts and Virginia Cain.

She is survived by : her sons, Wayne Middleton of Blakely, Mike Middleton (Betty) of Eufaula, Richard Middleton (Val) and Robin Middleton (Julie) of Arlington. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
