She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Roy Page and Annie Mae Faircloth Page; her husband J. W. Gowan; her granddaughter Dana Marie Knight Norris; her great grandchildren, Todd Daniels and Jacob William Hall; and her siblings, Marvin Page, Buddy Page, Billy Page and Lottie Ruth Page Gowan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Gowan Knight of Blakely, Janice Gowan Floyd (Walter) of Blakely and Jane Gowan Worthy of Blakely; and her sons-in-law, Carey Knight and Roy Worthy. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren, and 8 Great Great-Grandchildren, also surviving are many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Centerville Cemetery (751 Chattahoochee Ave, Blakely, GA 39823).
