She was predeceased by: her husband James Clayton Gentry; her parents, James Paramore Lane and Alma Johnson Lane; and her siblings, Eunice Brown, Edna Williams, Jewel Mosely, Mary Lou Sims, Sybil Lane and Harold Lane.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda G. Harris (Tim) of Blakely, GA and Sandra G. Busby (Tracy) of Blakely, GA; her grandsons, Clay Hunt (Brooke) of Blakely, Justin Hunt (Heather) of Blakely, Aaron Busby (Emily) of Blakely and Heath Busby (Casey Corley) of Newton, GA; and her great grandchildren, Henley Hunt, Rocky Busby, Mae Busby and Jeda Busby. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pine Lawn Gardens Cemetery.
