He was predeceased by: his parents, Achilles Preston Holt Sr. and Sudie Holt; his wife Alice Hazel Holt; and his siblings, Edna, Onita, Evelyn, Doris Jean, Betty Sue, Ralph and Raymond.
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Wayne Holt (Sheila) of Jakin, GA and Terry Preston Holt (Carol) of Cairo, GA.; his grandchildren, Ken Holt (Pam) of Ashford, AL, Tony Holt (Carol) of Blakely, GA, Shane Holt of Blakely, GA, Tyler Preston Holt of Tallahassee, FL and April Lynn (Tommy) of Donalsonville, GA.; his great grandchildren, Gavin Holt, Austin Holt, Kyle Everson, Tucker Lynn, Mylana Lynn and Anna Cauley; his sister-in-law Edna Weeks; and his nieces and nephews, Will Nichols and Lynette Holt. He is also survived by "Bulldog" by his dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Manry Jordan Hodges Funeral Home (21802 Lucile Rd, Blakely, GA 39823). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Blakely First Assembly of God Church (232 Liberty St, Blakely, GA 39823).
