He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Madison Smith and Mary Eunice Smith; and his siblings, Perry Goolsby, Rita Smith, Charlie Smith and Jack Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Smith White, Kelly Smith, Cynthia Smith Covington, Jody Smith, Christy, Ronnie Smith, Brent Weeks and Millie; and his close friend Jim Jerrells. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Blakely Cemetery (751 Chattahoochee Ave, Blakely, GA 39823).
