She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Olen Lamar Jones and Myrtle Adams Jones; her husband Louie Ronald Harrell of Blakely, GA; her children, Tracy Harrell (Chelle), Tonya Smith (Espy, Jr.) and Ryan Harrell (Heather); her grandchildren, Kaylon Harrell (Brittni), Van Harrell (Anslee Johnson), Trip Smith (Megan), Corbin Smith, Shelbie Kaye Harrell, Gracie Harrell and Ollie Harrell; and her great grandchildren, Ally Jo Harrell, Riley Harrell, Ridge Harrell and Luna Harrell.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or Shriners Hospital in memory of Shelbie J. Harrell.
