He is survived by: his wife Ann Harrell; his children, Scott Harrell of Blakely, Tonya Harrell of Dothan, Alex Harrell of Blakely, Sean Strayer of Blakely and Billy Strayer (Matt) of Toledo, Ohio.; his siblings, Henry Harrell (Jimmie) of Bluffton, Georgia and Mary Lou Peterson of Blakely, Georgia; his grandchildren, Stephanie Williams (Austin), Nikki Harrell, Branden Harrell, Macon McNair, Sawyer Rich, Timothy Harrell, James Harrell, Jesse Harrell and Kris Strayer; and his great grandchildren, Maddox Williams, Crew Williams and Parker Williams. He is also survived by many extended family members, dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Community Funeral Home Chapel (17762 Cedar Springs Rd, Blakely, GA 39823). A celebration of life was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
