He was predeceased by: his father Emory Rozier, Sr.; and his brother William Godfrey Rozier. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Halla Rozier; his children, Amanda Leigh Rush, Christian Joseph Rozier, Erick Ray Halla, Bryan Anthony Rozier and Ashlea'Denise Rozier Lackey; his grandchildren, Taylor Messina, Madison Rush, Dalton Rush, Rylan Halla, Anzalyn Trowell, Alexander Rozier, Izabella Lackey, Scarlet Rozier, Bryson Rozier, Kellin Lackey, Brody Rozier, Khloey Rozier and Giuliana Ellington; his great grandchild Lily Rush; his mother Margaret Rozier; his sister Kaye Rozier O'Neal; and his stepbrothers, Randy Rozier, Emory Rozier, Jr. (Dee) and Greg Rozier. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
