He is survived by: his wife Pat Stanfield; his children, Tina Birthisel (Scott), Jimmy Stanfield and Michael Stanfield; his stepson Charles Turner; his grandchildren, Emilee and Ben Birthisel; his stepgrandson Griffin Turner; his brother Joe Stanfield, Jr.; and his close friend Stephanie "Sunshine" Skinner.
