He is survived by : his mother Hettie "Bootsy" Dean Cowart Duke; his sons, Christopher Michael Duke, Calvin Dale Duke and Cameron Duke; and his siblings, Richard "Rick" Duke and Denisse Duke Wilds. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
