He was predeceased by: his parents, William James Owen, Sr. and Jean; his pet Owen; and his sister Judy Diffenderfer. He is survived by: his children, Linda Owen Walsh and Christopher James Owen; and his grandchildren, Colby, Gracie and Emmy.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home – West Chatham Chapel (901 US-80, Pooler, GA 31322). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
