He is survived by: his wife Susan Pugh; and his children, Terry Sellers, Denise Kiser and Jerry Pugh. He is also survived by several grandchildren, 2 sisters and 1 brother.
In lieu of a service and flowers, Cecil has requested donations to the Humane Society Mountain Shelter of Blairsville.
