He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Clifford Evans and Archie Edna Culvahouse Evans; his sisters, Mary Nelle Evans and Reba Evans Wheeler; and his nephews, David Phillip Hatcher and Daniel Evans Carlton.
He is survived by: his significant other Sharon Queen Griffith; his sons, David Bradford (Rebecca) and Clifford Blair (Genevieve); and his grandchildren, Benedict Clifford O'Cevans and Diana Maeve O'Cevans.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society and St. Jude Children's Cancer Research Hospital.
