She was predeceased by: her father Emmanuel Monroe Shook; her spouse Jessie Charles Garland; and her siblings, Edna Shook, James Shook, Margie Jones, Delia Ray, Nell Gibbs, Ralph Shook, Alive Jackson, Thelma Layman, Johnny Shook and Barbara Branton.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Garland (Jeannie), Susie Taylor (Tim) and Wayne Garland (Elizabeth); and her grandchildren, Nathan Taylor (Loli), Nick Taylor (Julie), Anna Garland, Will Garland, Destiny Garland, Cooper Garland and Bentley Garland. She is also survived by Several brothers and sisters in-laws, nieces and nephews, and special friends.
